With our experienced training professionals, IIBT also provides a number of long-term and short-term training programmes for offshore public servants, senior managers and business persons. Our training packages are designed to address current issues and contemporary trends and are able to be customised to the variety requirements for the offshore clients. Basically, we run three types of training.

Public Servant Traning Programme (Non Australian Quality Training Framework AQTF Award)

As an active organiser and participant in the establishment of educational links between Australia and China, IIBT has assisted the Chinese government to develop their official overseas training programmes at the national, provincial and local level.

1. Long-term training (6 months)

IIBT has successfully asssited the Jinan Municipal Government to develop their Shuang-gao Public Servant Training (the third-group) in 2006.

During the term of training, Jinan Government Officials undertook a comprehensive training in the areas of English, Introduction to Australian Government Systems, Introduction to Australian Industries and Enterprises, as well as two master-level units delievered by one of our major participants: Edith Cowan University.  Within their stay in Australia, IIBT also organised a number of work-realted visits and practice for them to gain  first-hand experience in our cooperative government agencies and industrial enterprises at both State and Local level.

2. Midium-term training (3 months)

IIBT is currently working with Gaotang Government  from Shandong Province to develop a three-month training for their government officials and business senior managers.

3. Short-term Training (1-3 weeks)

In the past five years, IIBT also delivered a number of short-term training to pubic servants and business people from a variety countries, such as: China National Human Resource Traning Groups, Beijiing Medical Bureaus Training Group, Anhui Provincial Government Training Group, Indonesia Business Training Groups, etc.
