Selection Criteria:

Essential

• ESL qualified or equivalent with a degree and at least two years relevant experience; 
• Demonstrated understanding of cultural differneces;
• High level interpersonal and communication skills

Desirable

• IELTS experience
• Proven ability to teach in a non English speaking country

Selection Criteria:

• English as a first language
• Current passport with at least 6 months validity
• Ability to travel overseas for two weeks at a time
• Be medically fit to travel
• Tertiary level of educationat least at Masters Level relevant to the units to be taught from
• a reputable teriary institution
• Able to deliver structured curriculum and develop further/update as needs require
• High level of interpersonal and communication skills as they relate to the teaching of
• foreign students
• Ability to work autonomously and use initiative
• Use of personal computers and working knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes
• Demonstrated cultural sensitivity

Desirable

Previous overseas teaching experience
